The Pacific northwest amateur
competition for men and women
will be held during the week of

nament is scheduled for the pre
ceding Friday and Saturday, Juno

It was arranged several months
ago to hold the men's amateur
championship at the Fircrost Golf
club. Tacotna, and the women's
meet over both tho Tacnma coun
try and golf club and the Fire rest
courses. The women will play the
first three days at the Tacoma
club. The open will bo held at
the Tacoma golf club.
At the request of the United
States Golf association, the direc
tors undertook responsibility for
the administration of the Pacific
Northwest sectional qualifying:
