Oak Court from Kast Main Street
to Oakwood Drive, and to assess
the cost thereof on the property
renting on said -portion of said
street in proportion lo the front
age of said properly, nnd did fix
a time and place for hearing pro
tests against the laying of said
water main on said streets and
