of lost cities of Peru has been
given by the national government.
Among conditions laid down
were that an observer of the Peru
vian air corps go along in that
role, that all developing and print
ing bo done within the country,
and that two copies of each picture
bo retained in the files of the min
istry of marine and aviation.
Five young adventurers from the
United States joined for the pro
ject, headed by Clcorge H. John
son, who served two years as a

Income tax returns for 1930, Mr.
Huntley announced yesterday
when he released the schedule
under which they will work.
The deputies will spend from
one day to 35 days in each city,
thus giving ample time for taxpay
ers to check their returns with
federal employes. Mr. Huntley de
sires taxpayers to make use of this
service, as it assures correct re
turns. The itinerary for southern Ore
gon counties, ami dates, follows:
