highway today and while they ex
pected to keep the route open,
driving Is extremely hazardous.
Crown l'oint is very slippery,
with the sleet covering the sand
spread by the workmen. At
Donneville the slcrt was turning to
snow at II a. m. while at Cascade
Locks the road was also while.
Two and a half inches of snow is
reported at The Dulles.

The bodies of Iwci boys ami their

to death, were found here today.
The bodies of the boys, sons of
Peter V. Kleteher of Watertown
and aj;ed 12 and 14 years, were
found in a parked sedan. The fa
ther's body was in the woods near
by, a revniver in his hand. A note
was found in Fletrher'a pocket,

J. 1. Hendriekson of Phoenix,
passed away at the home in that
city January 1st, after a lint;erin
illness, liesides her husband she
is survived hy three children.
Lloyd, Alva, and MaiKaret. all of
Phoenix. Her father and two
brothers, in tho cast, also survive.
