by livable and attractive quarters.
As new houses are constructed

sible foot of space, tho basement
becomes one of the most popular
parts of the whole houso. In sum
mer It Is cooler than the upstair
sections and In winter, becauso of
tho location of tho heater, the
tutseinent la always comfortably

room or for a special retreat for
