ed deer head to The Mail Tribune
office today, which was a beauty
and aroused enthusiastic com
merits from the snake and fish
editor, as well as other members
of the staff.
Mr. Shelby shot the deer near
Shnkes Butte, Klamath county.

State traffic officers last night
established a temporary auto head
light checking station at Central
Point, stopping north and south
bound cars. If a headlight or tall
light not burning, the driver
was p.t once ordered to have the
trouble repaired. In the past mo
t.orits were given 48 hours in
which to make repairs, but a- re
cent ruling changed this method
radically.
