Rev. Wood Greeted
at Reception Held
On Friday Evening
The reception for Hev. Wood
the new pastor of the M. K. church
South, Mrs. Wood and their son
llatiand which was postponed
from last week on account of the
death of Rev, H. M. Branham. was
hold Friday night in tho church
basement.
There was a varied program
consisting of aongs, readings, and
Instrumental selections on piano,
ukulele, mandolin, guitar and har
monica. Dr. Roberta extended the hearty
welcome of the "entire membership
of tho church to Rev. Wood and
family and called upon the whole
body of tho church to put forth
earnest effort to make this year
i the best possible.
Rev. Wood responded voicing his
sincere appreciation for the real
welcome accorded him and his
family since their arrival and out
lining In a smalt way some of his
plans for tho year.

Frazer," now playing in New York
