gingerbread house hat been built by F. H, Bennett, New
York manufacturer, on his estate in Hamburg. Germany.
Mr. Bennett was so pleased will) the gingerbread house in
the German opera. "Hansel and Gretel." that he built this
structure of multi-colored stone to look like gingerbread, icing
i and candy.
