Bert Hostel, as Plaintiff, recovered
judgment against J. G. Love, the
Defendant, for the sum of One
hundred fifty and no-100 (Si 50.00)
dollars, with costs and disburse
ments taxed nt Forty-five and 40
100 ($45.40) dollars, which judg
ment was enrolled and docketed in
the Clerk's office of said Court in
said County on the 4th day of
June. 1930.
Notice is hereby given that, pur
suant to the terms of the said exe
cution. I will on the 9th day of
August. 1930, at 10:00 o'clock a.
m., at the front door of the Court
house in the City of Medford. in
Jackson County. Oregon, offer fuH
sale and will sell at public auction
for catm to the highest bidder, to
satisfy said judgment, together
with the costs of this sale, subject
to redemption as. provided by law,
all of the right, title' and interest
that tho said defendant J. G. Love
had on the 3rd day of June, 1!30,,
