By virtue of an execution on
foreclosure duly issued out of and
under the seal of the Circuit Court
of the State of Oregon, in and for
the County of Jackson, which exe
cution included consolidated suits
No. 3411-E and No. 3893-E in said
Court to mo directed and dated on
the 1st day of July, 1930, in said
suits therein, -wherein The Federal
Land Bank of Spokane, a corpora
tion, as Plaintiff, recovered judg
ment against Raphael R, Chartraw,
a bachelor; Thomas F. Chartraw,
a bachelor: A. B. Chartraw and
Mary Chartraw, husband and wife,
and Rogue River National Farm
Loan Association, a corporation,
for the sum of $6206.95, with in
terest at the rate of 8 per an
num from the date of said decree,
and the further sum of $198.59
paid by plaintiff on the 3rd day
of April, 1930, for taxes, together
with Interest thereon from said
date at 8 per annum, amounting
in the aggregate to $6408.19, to
gether with interest at 8 per
annum from the date of said de
cree, with costs and disbursements
taxed at Two Hundred Twenty and
5-100 dollars ($21:0. 25). and the
further sum- of- Five Hundred and
no-100 .dollars ($500.00) as attor
