By virtue of an execution on
foreclosure duly issued out of and
under the seal of the Circuit Court
of the State of Oregon, in and for
the County of Jackson, which exe
cution included consolidated suits
No. 3411-E and No. 3S93-E in wild
Court to me directed and dated on
the 1st day of July. 1930, in said
suits therein, wherein The Federal
Land Bank of Spokane, a corpora
tion, as Plaintiff, rt covered judg
ment against Raphael R. chartraw,
a bachelor; Thomas F. Chartraw,
a bachelor; A. H. Chartraw and
Mary Chartraw, husband and wife,
and Roguo River National Farm
Loan Association, a corporation,
for the sum of $6206.05, with in
terest at the rate of 8 per an
num from the date of said decree,
and the further sum of $198.58
paid by plaintiff on the 3rd day
of April, 1U30, for taxes, together
with Interest thereon from said
date at 8 per annum,' amounting
In the aggregate to $6408.19; to
gether with Intorest at 8 per
annum. from the date of said de
cree, with coBts and disbursements
taxed at Two Hundred Twenty and
25-100 dollars ($220.25). and the
further sum of Five Hundred and
no-100 dollars ($500.00) as attor
ney's fees, and in which decree it
is decreed that the cross-complainant
and defendant. Fidelity State
Bank of Gold Hill, a corporation,
do have and recover Judgment
against the Van Hook Investment
Company and against the real prop
erly hereinafter described for the
sum of $1928.00 with Interest at
6 per annum from the date of
said decree, together with the fur-
titer sum of Five Hundred and no
100 dollars ($500.00). us attorney's
fees, which Judgment Is a lion upon
