kidnapped, slugged and robbed
an Oregon Slate College student
of hiK automobile last April, were
arrcfted here today. They said
they were Uobert Annas and Lam
colm 'Walker, both 17 years old.
The automobile was recovered
and three private garage owners

because they failed to report new
