There are rumors that petitions
are to be circulated in a short time
in an effort to keep the market
open, especially during the summer
months when produce is coming in
heavy.
In addition to a flourishing re
tall trade, Markctmnster F. M.
Corlles said today that large quan
tities of produce have been dis
posed of at wholesale prices to
Klamath and California buyers.
