A suit brought agalnttt the
rcctors of the Pacific Hancorpo
ration by J. P. McNaunhton,
stock holder, resident of Cowlitz
county, Washington, to rooover
from the Bnncorporntlon $1,130,
085.85 alleged to have been lost
by the corporation through stock
deals by its directors, was dis
missed today in federal court.
A provision that if the com
plaint were nmended to show al
leged fraudulent transactions on
the part of the directors, "It
might be, " brought baclc into
court." ' '
