Girls gave a very interesting enter
tainment to a large audience at
t he school auditorium Friday
night.
The beautiful Christmas story,
"The Other Wise Man," by Van
Dyke, was presented to the audi
ence in colored slides. The read- (
iug of the story was given by Miss;
Mcl.arnin.
This entertainment is one of the
series to be given by the Camp
Fire (Jirls of Talent.
As this was a free entertainment
Iho girls sold popcorn balls and
candy to pay expenses.
During the month of December
the t'nmp Fire Girls of Talent have
been very busy. Christmas wreaths
popcorn and candy were sold, tin
foil gathered and flowers potted
lor the "shut -Ins " 'hristmas
cheer. '
The plants will be distributed
the day before Christmas. As this
is flower year for Camp Fire Girls
this will make n cheerf ut ending
for the year's work of l!H",t for the
( 'rater Lake Camp Fire Girls of
Talent.
