She was educated in the schools
nt Bedford. She met Dr. Hecknuui,
nnd In September, 1S97, they were
married. In 1913 they came to Ore-
I Ron .and .settled nt Central Point,
whero the doctor -has had an ex
tensive moilicnl practice.

who will grieve her passing. She
was a member of the Woman's
Belief Corps of. Central Point and
a member of Ilia Sorosis club of
Bedford, Ind. She was also a mem

To mourn her loss she leaves a
husband, Dr. Heckman, well known
southern Oregon physician; one
son, William Heckman, or Modoc
