mas rush of receiving and sending

ing to "mail early" will be broad
cast by every postmaster in city,

The necessity for mailing early
this year is better realized, because
the postofflce department head
quarters at Washington, D. C, has
already sent out the news that
every posiofflce will he closed on
Christmas day; the same as last
