Robert and James Martin are the
winning county Junior farmer corn
raising ' team. Delmer Smith of
Central Point, Kd , White, Jr., of
Medford and James Martin of
Rogue River comprise the Four-H
club livestock judging team.
Other members of the Four-H
clubs and quite a number of the
older agriculturalists and livestock
men, will attend the exposition
from this county as individuals.

made known today In the applica
tion of creditors of Johnson's Mar
ket to Harry C. Skyrmau, United
States referee in bankruptcy, for
an order appointing a receiver to
collect rental fees of the market
building. West Sixth street, until
such time that a trustee for the
premises can be elected by tho
creditors.
Prior to the application of the
creditors, persons holding Hens
against the properly had procured
the appointment of a receiver by
the circuit court for the purpose
of taking over the market and ap
plying tho rents on the payment
of the liens. . A hearing Is to ho
held next Monday aleruoon to
determine whether tho receiver
appointed by tho state court or tho
receiver to be appointed by the
referee will take charge of the
market. The hearing will be con
ducted before Referee Skyrman.
