A woman received slight injuries
last evening oh Moln street when
struck by a car driven by Clyde

cording to an auto accident report

The log house stands as it was
built 73 years ago, the original 1

vid Blrdseye, the Crater Lake chap
ter of the D. A. R. -will place a
marker in front of the bouse Octo
ber 25. Underneath i one of tho
smaller buildings have been found
several logs used in the original
fon and a piece of one , of these
will be encased in cement and a
bronze tablet will be placed on the
luce of the marker.
Judge William Colvig, .who was
in souihern Oregon during the
time of the Indian wars and who
married his bride, a daughter of
Mr. Birdseye, at the old home over

the placing of the marker and will
