school increased the last week,
making it necessary for a number
of desks to be put in some of the
rooms. There was a shortage of
water at the school during the
past week, because of repairs to
the pump.
John Day. who has been employ

will leave soon for Oregon Kta.e
college to resume his studies.
A large crowd greeted the cast
in the play. "Mummy's Ltl Wild
Hose," whldh was given at the
Eagle point Grange hall last Sat

Grange, which put on the play,

fire Sunday, caused by fire starling
