school board by the people of the
outlying nections demanding an
election. The cost of providing

Norton presiding, will resume ses
sions next Tuesday, September 3,
and continue as before August 1st,
when Judge Norton left on a vaca
tion trip to Alaska.
The Jury, at the time of the
recess, was Instructed to . report
again on the above date.
According to County Clerk Deli
lah Stevens Meyer, the docket for
the coming session is light, only
two civil actions being listed for
trial. There are no criminal cases.
Judge Norton Is expected to re
turn to his home in Grants l'as,
the end of this week.
The regular October term of the
oireuit court will be called the
third Monday of that month, when
the new jury list will be drawn.
