situation. I have read the article
over carefully and. not only from
I what I have found contained there
in ltut from my years of study and
intimate contact with the Medford
water system, I know positively
that Mr. Caddis has stated the
situation in a fair, t-quare, frank
manner.
Medford, it goes without saying,
is to be congratulated on her water
supply. Her people, at the tim
of the voting of tho bonds, showed
faith in the Judgment and business
principles recommended by t he
water commission. The com pie -tlon
of tho construction or the sys
tem, together with the record of
tho commission, surely ought to
bring from Medford's cjt ixen's , a
continuation of the fjlth they or
iginally showed iu the commission.
The selling of a small portion of
