yeur period when city officials
signed papers un Saturday morn
ing that gave Mr. Kissinger pos

grunted, giving ihu lessee an op
portunity to release at the close of

liy the terms of the lease, Mr.
Kissinger will pay tho city $20,000
Of this amount, $:0u Is to be paid
in cash, $fi00 on October 1 of this
yoar and $rU0 every three months
until the whole amount is paid.
Dy the terms of the lease, 10 new
cabins. must be constructed during
the- present year and as many
more during HCtO, thus assuring
20 now cabins during the next
two years. After that new cabins
are to be udded according to the
demand, and the Ashland J'ark
commission, shall, pass upon the
quality and type of the buildings.
There are conditions In the
lease that require that the grounds
shall be kept clean and In a sani
tary condition at all times. No
stores or garages, or any solicita
tion of any kind will be allowed
ou the grounds, except with the
unanimous consent of the park
board and the city council.
A bond of. $1000 is required by
the city until the cabins are constructed-
and when that provision
has boon met. that sum, with in
terest, will be returned to Mr.
Ki-nger. ,
