(Hi cif Ross Addition to the City
of Med ford. Oregon, according to
the duly recorded plat thereof;
Also Lots Twenty-one (21) and
Twenty-two (22) in liloek Two (2)
in Kenwood, in the City of Med
ford. Oregon, according to the duly
recorded plat thereof; and declar
ing any and all such claims to be
null and void, and decreeing that
said plaintiff is the owner In fee
simple of said premises and of the
whole thereof, free and clear of
any nnd all right, title, estate, lien
or interest of so id defendants, or
any of t h em, and t h a t ca ch a n d
all of the defendants herein, and
each and all persons claiming or
to claim by. through or under
them, be fore.ver enjoined, restrain
ed, and barred from asserting, at
tempting to establish, or claiming
any riff lit',' title, estate, lien or in
terest In or to said property, or any
portion thereof, and thai plaintiff's
title to said premises be forever
quieted and set at rest.

order of the Honorable H. I. Nor
ton, Judge of the above entitled
court, made and entered in said
Court and cause on the 20th day
of June, 1929, prescribing that this
summons be served by publication
thereof once each week for four
consecutive weeks in the Med ford
Mail Tribune, a daily newspaper
published in Jackson County. Ore
gon. June 2.6th. 1929. is the date
