NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the semi-annual
installment (one-twentieth) and interest on paving, sew
er and water main assessments upon all properties for
which application was made to extend time of payment
wag due and payable at the office of the City Treasuror
Juno 1, 1929, and will be delinquent after thirty days
(30) days from said date, July 1, 1929, and shall bear a
penalty of five (5) per cent upon the amount of such de
linquency. Thirty days after such delinquency the property will
be advertised and sold for the amount of such dclin-.
