NOTICE IB HEREBY GIVEN that the gerai-annUal
installment (one-twentieth) and interest on paving, sew
er and water main assessments upon all properties for
which application wns made to extend time of pavment
was due and payable at the office of the City Treasurer
June 1, 1929, and will be delinquent after thirty days
(30) days from said date, July 1, 1829, and shall bear
penalty of five (5) per cent upen the amount of ueh 'do
linqiiency. ...
Thirty days after such delinquency the property will
bo advertised and sold for the amount o such, delin
quency, together with penalties and costs of such salo in
accordance with Section 148 of tile pity Chartf;?.
