they questioned the right of a free press to publish legitimate

its rival press associations, that news is not news until its truth
has been established. It also sustains the contention of the
other associations that this practice of taking chances not only
injures the press association taking them, but those which re
fuse to take them, in other words, the press as a whole.
For as a r.sult of this incident, all press associations are de
nied a place on the loor,: because of the indiscretions of only

however. If it results in ending the practice of keeping secret
information to which the people are entitled, and convinces alt
press associations that printing gossip or rumor as news is not

ful process of deduction by exclu

Patient had come complaining of
all tho usual symptoms of hay
fever. There was Just one thing
about her case that aroused sus-,

near the water and traveled back
into the country sho noticed some
