best their gardens will produce.
A group of men have been work
ing on the irrigation, ditch that
runs through town. From this
ditch all the homo gardens nre
watered and there is always water
In abundance; "Many other attrac
tions aro found In Eagle Point
well kept -lawns -with sprinklers,
lovely flower gardens, a cleaned lip
town and everything dono to make
the town beautiful.
Among those with fnmlly orch
ards are Mrs. William Perry and
Mrs. Leroy Hmlth. Their orchards
though Binall have been sprayed
and their chickens houses and
other outbuildings sprayed and
dlslnfrcted so that the chickens
can roost In peace during tho hoi

Mrs. O. T. Morgan has a fine
garden and Mrs. H. W. Brown Is
tho first to have ripe strawberries.
We are all onjoying the fruits of
our labor and In a climate where

Mrs Chrlstenson was enjoying the
ride and was admiring this part of
the country.
H. W. Ward attended the meet
ing of the county fair board of
directors Friday evening In Med
ford. Mrs. Mytlo Smith and son and
