relief would work at least with sufficient success to remove

But we do know the Hoover plan is in harmony with basic
economic laws, and tho debenture pliui) like the McNary-irnu-geu
plan, is not. And, as wo still have more confidence in the
laws of economics than tho promises of politicians, we favor
the farm relief President Hoover promised in his campaign,
and which was incorporated in tho measuro passed originally
by tho Lower House..
Try that first. If it fails,
