A baseball game was scheduled
with Sams Valley for May 6th, but
for some unknown reason the vis
iting team did not appear. The
girls were disappointed as they had
counted on a victory.
With only two weeks to go, many
students are head over heels In
work attempting to get In all of
their back work In two weeks.
Mrs. Mabel Mack, county home
demonstration agent, met with the
sewing club girls at the schoolhouse
Monday evening. . The girls had a
very Interesting and profitable
time. Judging their sewing.
Hazel Helms made the highest
score, with Zetta Rfgsby second.
These girls hope to enter the judg
ing contest at the county fair next
fall. Verta Mathhews Is the oi)y
girl so far to have finished her
project and receive her achieve
ment pin. All students in Mrs,
Bonham's room excepting one have
now received their gold pins from

Many improvements, certificates
and five final student certificates
