Questions vital to the granger

1 During the report Of tlie market

'."wanted" and "for sale." we read.
This' new system of co-operative
exchange Is meeting with great
success and promises to be a' big
factor to the farmer relative to
hla marketing needs. Mention waa
also made' of the service extended
by the county agent's- office In
dealing with the extinction of gray
squirrels. The range arranged to
have barley treated and then -distributed
to the farmers at a nomi
nal cost.' The county agent's of-'
flee Is proving to be u real friend
to the farmer.
A number of ' resolutions' were
unanimously passed by the Grange,
the statements of wlilch read as
follows: ':
Kesolved; that the Jacksonville
Grange gn on record as favoring
the payment of' the ret und of 25
per cent of tho 1024 taxes, and
that flio 'payment he mndo at once
by deducting the amount from the
lt2 taxes, including interest at l
per cent from 1026. '
