' "In addition to all the bonds
hereto fore authorized, ' the-'
council of 'the City of Medford
is hereby auOinrizcd and em
powered to horrow money on
; the faith of said city, and for
that purpose to issue bonds to
obtnin the necessary funfls to
purchase an aviation field,
level and otherwise improve
same, and to build hangars
and make other improvements
in connection therewith. ' The
. total amount of the indebted
ness Incurred and the bonds
..-sued pursuant to this pection

And whereas, the council of said
