Whereas, it Is necessary that a
special election be called to voto
"on said amendment and that pro

The City of Mcdford dqth ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 248
shall be filed forthwith with the
Recorder for submission to the le
al voters of the City of Medford
at tho special election hereinafter
called for that purpose.
Section 2. That a special elec

the City of Medford on the 2nd
