point disputed lay in tho accidental
addition of one to many ciphers,
making' the annual remuneration
of a cadet at tho West Point mili
tary academy appear to bo $11,000.
Tho sergeant declared tho amount
was approximately $.1100 instead,

underway and It Is expected that
it will be ready to turn over to the
