The latest turn of events in the
case was the iiuuruntliic yesterday
of the family of May Troxall. prl:i-

brother was taken ill with small
pox. It. is expected that Circuit Judge !
Skipworth will convene court on
Monday and attempt tu set a date
for the trial. The district attorney
here taid today he had no Idea
when the case might be brought '
up.
Hlckerson died nlier ho had been

street near the Troxall home. Dick-1
oison had accompanied the girl to
her home, liryant Is said to hnv-i
admitted to the district attorney
that he had struggled with Dicker-'

Miss Troxall said Bryant had
messed his attentions upon her and
that she had rejected them.
