CAMPBELL Williura N. Camp
bell, well known resident of Med
ford, where he has resided for the
mat 21 years, passed away at his
home, 115 Kins Htr,eet, ut 10 p. m.
yesterday, following an Ulnetm of
onu week. Mr. Camphnll was born
n rtdion roiinty, Virginia, De
cember 10, 1854, aged 74 years and
24 nays. He -was the last of a
family of four children. At the age
of 5 years he moved with his par
ents to Wisconsin, wheru lie grew
, to manhood on the farm. In 1882
moved to North Dakota and three
yeai'H later was married to Lillie
J. McCunu and to them were born
three children Mrs. C. O. Kinken-
ha jen of North Dakota, Charles J.
Campbell of tho Campbell Clothing
company of this city and Mrs. Don
ald Springer or Tort land. Mr.
Campbell spent many years in the
newspaper business and was also
active In the real estate business.

town, -N. D., to Hfltllo Carr. To
them were born two childrenWil
liam Jr. of Medford and Mrs. I tarn
snn Webster of Berkeley, Cal. Mrs.
Campbell also survives. He waif a
member of Medford Lodge, P. B. O.

are being made for the funeral,

terday as granted to Frank Collie
from Hena Collie in circuit court,
was granted to Mrs. Collie instead,
it developed today. She was grant
ed the decree on a cross-complaint
she had filed against the plaintiff
on grounds of cruel and inhuman
treatment. She was given the cus
tody of a minor child with a pro
vision of $20 per month alimony.
