Jiutte. ranch, near Central Point,
made u wonderful showing on the

tons jyf grains and fruit.
There are 5 acres of peal-s on
the ranch, or which Hi an; Winter
Nellis that yielded 335 tons, I3.r0
boxes, 26 ears. Part of this crop
has been sold at an average of
$3.f)H per box. There are nine
acres of iiartletls from which they
took XI tons or 3,5114 boxes.
There were seven tons of other
kinds of pears, a ton of peaches
and grapes, and Iwo acres of ap
ples that produced 15 tons.
The acres of alfalfa yielded
300 inn; 31 acres of oats, 4ti ton,
and three acres of wheat produced
several tons of stock and chicken
feed.
