operations on the Gold Hill-Trait

Dodge bridge be improved. lie
said this was a matter for the

It is in the intention of the

year in the construction of the
lake Creek market road, which
receives financial aid from the
state, and the co-operation of the
forest service. Residents of the
Lake Creek road, have been pro
mised a first class road for years,
and the fulfillment thereof will
he the first objective of the

Mrs. Sarah A. Cantrall of Jack
sonville, aged S3 years, a pioneer
woman, known to scores of Jack
son county residents, has recovered
sufficiently from an attack of the
prevailing influenza, to leave her
bed, ufter ten days' illness. She
is still under the care of n nurse,
but is on the mem?. Her condition
was regarded as serious for a few
days, because or her advanced
age.
John Kramer, aged 94 years, an
other pioneer of Jacksonville and
a former jeweler there, is also re
covering from a severe attack of
the flu. ami Is now out of danger.
Car Stolen From
Christian Church

to be near her other children.

was not locked when stolen and
