stamps, it behooves all senders of
parcels to pay the small extra
sum, for the special delivery ser
vice, which is distinct from the
special handling service.

than the latter alone; not only
'uciudlng the special handling, but
assuring quicker delivery at Its
destination, and delivery on Christ-
