installment (one-twontieth) and interest on paving, sew
er and water main assessments upon all properties for
which application was mado to extend timo of payment
was due and payable at the office of the City Treasurer
November 30th, 1928, and will be delinquent after thirty
days (30) days from eaid date, January 1st, 1929, and
shall bear a penalty of five (5) per cent upon the amount
of such delinquency. '
Thirty days after such delinquency the property will
be advertised and -sold for the amount of such delin
quency, together with penalties and costs such sale in
accordance with Sectfon 148 of the City Charter.
