his home on Hose avenue, suffering
from a severe cold.
Hubert Motl. arrested last week
by City Traffic Officer (I. J. Pres
colt on a charge of insufficient
brakes, was fined $10 when he ap
peared In the city police court to
day. Moll was arrested as the re
sult of striking the 12-yoar-oto
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. T.
Davis while she was riding a bicycle
on North Hlverslde avenue. The
girl sustained no serious injury as
a result of the accident.
