not receive a penitentiary sentence.

Inskeep, county physician; Dr. K.
C. Pickle, head of the state health
board, and the assistant district at
torney. I'rank I'arrell, the nature
of the charges against her wiil be
changed and her case handled by
the county court. M is understood
that she will leave Immediately for
the state hospital for treatment.
