equipment of the Kugene oil well
after filing a labor Hen, have
agreed wih Mark D. McCallister,

will desist from pulling further
casing from the well and moving
equipment until persons who have
money in the enterprise have fur
ther time to decide whether they
want to take over the plant. This
was .reported by McCallister here
today after spending all day yes
terday in ICugene investigating the

He went to Kugene to Investigate
when complaints reached him at

Callister found that they had re
moved all the six and eight-inch
casing, but not the 12-inch casing.

taining to the Guaranty Oil com
pany and its successor, the Crown
Oil company.
