cisco on tho last lap of a five-month world honeymoon, almost were
separated by Uncle Sam. For Mrs. York, a Canadian, daughter of a
general, at her marriage, had forgotten her entry papers. But a wire
from Buffalo, where sho originally had entered the Vnited States,
established the fact all was O. K. . .
After spending five weeks In

Miss Melba Williams, director of
the playgrounds, wishes to thank
all those who assisted in making
tho event, which was the first or
its nature ever put on here, a suc
cess. Members of tho American
Legion who helped clean up the
grounds Thursday night. Hoy
Scouts, and traffic officers who
policed the march, and the Judges
were especially mentioned. .Miss
Marjorie Kelly assisted in planning
the affair, peanuts were furnish
ed by the Keonomy tiroceteria for
tho hunt which created a riot of
excitement: Ice cream was donated
by Sniders Dairy and Produce Co.,
and prizes by .Minn's department
store.
