A Purity Flavor Which You
Should Know and Value
by
Thany. US
Habit is a powerful
thiiiR. We cling to old
ways, often jut lx'
caue the new and bet
ter way is "different." i am reminded
of tin; by the question which so many
women, ueinR Carnation Milk for the
first time, ak me: "Why has it that
different llavor?" Some of them even
have the erromou-i ida that une
thinc has been added to tlic milk to
Kivc? it that distinctive llavor!
The rich llavor of Carnatum Milk
comes from ju-t two things: it lias
twice the cream content of ordinary
milk because it is evapwated to double
richness and it is sterilied. so that
its purity is safeguarded from the time
the milk pops into the can until it rocs
into the cutard or cream soup you are
making-.
The purest of milk in a
modern, convenient form
Carnation is not "prepared" milk.
It is iu't the purest and sweetest
hifrh crade milk from selected herds.
Nothinc: at all has been added to
it. Nothing hat been taken out ex
cept aboui half the natural water con
tent. This evaporation i-imply puts
the milk into a more compact, con
venient form. It is doubly rich and
tn-us so. The heat o: sterilization
which protects its purity sightly
caramelizes the natural milk sugaT
and you taste this slight caramel flavor.
It is a guaranty of Kfxxiness the dis
tinctive flavor of pure, uniformly hit;h
prade whole milk milk on which you
can depend for better cooking results
you can
wijurt'.

Tart of the deliciouuness it impart
