of Semi-Annual Assessments Due
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the semi-annuM
installment (one-twentieth.) and interest on pavin?;, sew-
cr and waier main assessments upon all properties for Ml
which application was made to extend time of piyment ' j
will be due and payable at the office of the City Treas- p
urer June 1st, 1928, and will be delinquent after thirty
days (30) days from said data, July 1. 1928, and shall iri
bear a penalty of five (5) per cent upon the amount of
such delinquency. If;
Thirty days after such delinquency the property will t
be advertised and sold for the amount of such delin- j
quency, together with penalties and costs of such sale in i i
accordance with Ssction 148 of the City Charter. i
