church and a life member of the
Saint Ann's Altar society. She

Roosevelt school, which upon ex
animation today proved to have the
most efficient fire drill of any
school in Medford. will he reward-;
ed Wednesday at the spectal Lions
club fire department luncheon to
be held at Hotel Medford. by Chief
Hoy Klliott. Following the pre
sentation of a flag to Fire Chief
Klliott by the state fire marshal,
for the las.t year record of the Med
ford fire department, the local
chief will in turn present the flag
to Roosevelt school.
Fire drills were hMd In all the
local schools today by Chief Kl
liott, C. T. Baker and K. L. Scott.
Roosevelt won, with H0 points.
Jackson school came second, with
80; Lincoln and Washington third,
with 7'i each, and the Junior high
with Mi.

the local service clubs and Cham

club luncheon Wednesday and wit
