work for children and ladies.

meal will be served by the ladies,
which makes it possible for one to

for a period of from one to seven
years In Occidental Negroes province
under conditions amounting to slav
ery. This was the situation revenled
today by reports madel by constabu
lary officials who say they have un
covered n series of Illegal detention
cases. The situation was revealed In
a statement Issued by executive offi
