When taken Tuel wan walking

his wife'R family are said to re
side. Officers wero on their way
back, having almost given up the
search.- The escape was not dis
covered until nine o'clock last night
by the court house Janitor. Tuel
was tho only prisoner in tho jal
and he is said to have broken a bar
on the window which had been
broken in a previous jail break and
was not well rcpnlred.
Tuel's wife is said to be in Klam
