to plaintiff's mortgago. and that the
mortgaged property be sold upon
foreclosure to satisfy plaintiff's mort
gage and- all expenditures incurred by
plalnt'iff, and $250 attorney's fees, and
the costs and disbursements of this
suit and the wilo of said property.
This summons is published in ac
cordance with an order timde by the
judge of the above entitled court in
this cause, on the 5th day of October,
1925. whieh order directs this sum
mons to be published once each week
